October's Very Own offers a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that all collaborative and limited-edition releases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.
Prepare Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
